8 Day Throwing Program
6 Total sessions between 8/27 and 9/4
Players are expected to follow this plan leading up to 4 on 1 workouts. These 6 sessions are to be performed within the 12 days leading up to 4 on 1.
First 2 sessions
- Start at 20 ft and back up to 45 ft within 50 total throws.
Throw at 75 ft for 18 reps each
Throw at 90 ft for 12 reps each
Throw at 105 ft for 12 reps each
Second 2 sessions
-Start at 20 ft and back up to 45 ft within 50 total throws
-Throw at 75 ft for 12 throws each
-Throw at 90 ft for 16 throws each
-Throw at 120 ft for 20 throws each
8 Day Running Program (Att. 2)
Pre-running program should be used by players to prepare for conditioning. This program should be used at least 3 times before conditioning on 9/5.
Butt Kicks 2 x 20yds
High Knees 2 x 20yds
Back Pedal 2 x 20yds
2 sprints 30 yds 50%
8 sprints 30 yds 100%
6 sprints 60 yds 75%
